With a push toward integration and inclusivity, Debora Liberty Healthcare Services LLC is developing a structured program that allows persons served to live fulfilling lives by becoming active members of our society. We offer unique community-based social services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Market research indicates that there is a significant need for quality community-based social services for people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Developmental Disability (DD) within the District of Columbia. We believe that by employing competent and well-trained direct support professionals and providing them with organized and responsive management, we can become the preferred provider of choice in the District of Columbia and other states.
Consumers of our services will be individuals and families in need of community-based services within supportive living settings. Persons supported will be referred by the service coordinators or circle of support. Our agency staff has already developed an excellent reputation with many of these professionals through the work of our CEO, COO, Nursing Director, and other management staff, who have been providing quality services throughout other agencies for the past years and through the presentations we have made to the community via marketing tools and personal interactions.
